Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford, born in Bloomsbury (London), was raised by the mother, her grandmother, as well as her godparents. Her father left her family. As a child she was suffering from an obsessive compulsive disorder and suffered anxiety linked to word associations. Ford was intrigued by the profession of acting in her teen years, and became a member of the National Youth Theatre. She had been accepted to Sylvia Young Theatre School. However, after a short period of days, she concluded that Sylvia Young Theatre School was not the right place right for her. Ford decided to apply to Central School of Speech and Drama and winning a placement after her third try she applied for and was awarded an admission to the Central School of Speech and Drama. Shaun Dingwall was one of Ford's fellow students. Shaun Dingwall would go on to have regular roles in the shows Pete Tyler and Doctor Who. Ford graduated in 1993 but, by that time, she had already made her TV debut on an episode from 1991 from Surgical Spirit; she adopted the professional name "Catherine Tate". Tate was on television in the Nineties through shows like The Bill and Men Behaving Badly. Tate would also frequently work as a theatre actor and was eventually a part of The Royal Shakespeare Company during its season 2000-2001. But Tate was soon gaining attention for her stand-up comic and added stand-up comedy to her show in 1996.
